I didn't know if it has already been posted but what's your least favourite character in Buffy and then in Angel??


In Btvs, I would say Dawn. I think she's the least interresting character of the show. I have only seen her in season 5 and 6 but I don't like her. I hope I will change my mind when I will see the season 7...
Can't explain the reason why but I think among all the great btvs character (and there are a lot), she's the most insignifiant... She's the rebel teen prototype! In my opinion, she has bring nothing to the show until now.

Nevertheless, Michelle trachtenberg is a very talentuous young actress.

Before, I didn't like much Riley but I changed my mind. I didn't like him only because he were not Angel
Now, I think he's a very good guy!

About Angel, I can't say that I hate a character in particular.
They are all great (good or evil). But maybe I would say Lindwood because I prefered Holland...

Anyway, I don't hate any of them - but Riley was dull.

And in Angel I have to say Lilah bores me a little.

Hmmm... I used to hate Dawn but she's okay now...so there really isn't a character (that is still on the show) that I hate but there have been a few that I ddin't care for (thank god they're gone now).

On Angel I always seem to like the characters, I just love the way the characters are written and devolp... there isn't a character that I don't like or haven't liked.

On Buffy, Dawn, hands down.

On Angel, Fred, hands down.

I hate both of them with a passion, but hate dawn just that bit more.

Theres two of my favourite characters right there.

Admitedly Fred's accent was annoying at first, but I have grown to like them

BtVS: Used to hate Riley with my entire being, but since he's not on the show anymore, I guess I would say Dawn 2.

Me, I hate RILEY and PARKER because Riley is for me a little bit stupid with his mouvement, it seems that he loves Buffy just because of her physical.
He doesn't help her often and his retry is really pitiful. I hate all in him.
As soon as I saw it I wanted to destroy my TV .

Parker, he is an idiot, he profited of Buffy's kindness, incredulous and suffering. He is hypocritical and selfish.

At the beginning, I don't like Tara and as one goes alongthat I 'll know her... Now I like her, she is so gentle and I like her timidity.

Buffy: Not sure, I dont LIKE spike but i dont hate him, he can be pretty cool sometimes, I used to reeeally hate tara when she first came on and was all breathy and stuttery and grrr but now shes gone i LOVE her and its so sad

Angel: Havent watched it long enough, but Lilah pisses me off.

Geeze some of you people have strange tastes (lol)---(imo)---In general I like the cast on BTVS much more than I like the cast on Angel--- but then I like the show BTVS more than I like the show Angel. On BTVS I hated the well portrayed but totally despicable character Warren & among the still living I find Andrew annoying & untrustworthy & not especially funny. EXCUSE ME--- but I always like Dawn & Fred & Yea SPIKE! I have at no time liked Connor. Wesley & Lilah interest me & I enjoyed Darla. & to the shows' powers-that-be: Drusilla & Faith I'd welcome back. I seem to like many & "hate" very few.

I can't apply hate to any character of standing on either BtVS or Ats, the demon at the end of "Doublemeat Palace" is high on my Ack meter however.

Spike, currently. Even in Season 4 he was fine. But then we hit season 5... and then 6 and then disaster struck.

I thought the same thing when reading the title to this thread, but then I saw in the opener it reads "Least favorite" character so that's what I went by.

If anyone out there literally "hates" a character, then you are watching too much tv.

Actually, she's probably my pick for most disliked character...and one of the big things for me is that I can't stand listening to her speak.

I don't care enough to hate them but I don't like:

BtVS: Riley and Tara. Sometimes Dawn.

AtS: Cordy and Connor. Sometimes Gunn.

LOL... I literally hate Spike... but I watch no TV aside from Buffy, Angel and Alias.

For some reason... everyone has to hate on dawn... i would be whiney and annoying too if my mother died and my sister was killing vamps and trying to vanish evil from the face of the earth LOL

Dawn is one of my faves.. I think she`s wicked.

I sympathised with her in S5 in the later episodes, but S6 she was so whiny and stealing for attention, and moaning about Buffy having to work when she was just trying to afford for them

I like Dawn too. So many people hate her so much, they fail to see everything shes been through, and how the character is changing during S7 and how shes not as "annoying" as she used to be.

I dont understand how any one can truely hate a character. No matter what way you look at it, they were created for a reason. They all bring a certain element to the show and thats what makes it that much better then any other show out there. Many of the characters that people named were created for us not to like, but they still brought the show to the next level. I love all the characters in both shows for that reason.

I absoluetly hated Dawn in seaon 6, but I will admit she is getting better but she is probably the character I don't like the most on Buffy.

On Angel, I'd have to say that I don't really like Cordelia. Maybe because I am such a huge fan of the earlier seasons of Buffy when she was Queen Bitca, I don't know.

Either way, both Dawn and Cordelia are tolerable. I don't really HATE a character on either show.

Spike is the most hated character in my opinion because he
has become dull, which is especially the case after season 4.

I didn't used to like Dawn at all, but in Season 7 she's grown up quite a bit so I'm learning to appreciate her a lot more.
