Exactly, it's from a dream that Angel had during the Prom ep from S3, and btw, the dream didn't end with "and they lived happily ever after" but rather "she spontaneously combusted right in front of him." It was one of the many things that compelled Angel to break up with Buffy and move to L.A.

That's exactly what my initial reaction was, and then I wondered if it was some prank thread or something, but I figure, if they're relatively new to the show, then that would be a legit question. Afterall, that was in S3 and we are in S7 now, so there are probably people who didn't see that ep, or who haven't been watching FX.

And, btw, if you haven't seen that ep yet and you get FX, tune in, they're in S2 now but S3 won't be too far away, or better yet, buy the S3 DVDs.

The prom ep was my fave of the entire season 3. OK all except for the end when Angel dumps Buffy but the wedding dream was my absolute fave scene.

i loved the Prom! The wedding scene was one of my fave scenes. And i'm a Spuffy shipper. But i think they only did that scene because you knew then that it was the end of B/A.
btvsgurl24=don't make negative comments about Spike/Buffy's relationship. B/A are over now. get over it and don't diss Spike! I don't have a promblem with Angel either, I love Angel. Buffy and Angel were good together. It just ticks me off when peeps diss the Spuffy relationship.

It's possible that btvsgurl24 just meant that in terms of physical stature, David B. is much taller than James...and seeing him next to Buffy highlights it because there isn't such a big difference.

i Agree!!! Buffy and Spike spent the majority of season 6 hurting each other!!! But were in season 7 now, and they're trying to make up for it. What makes me mad is that people (i will mention no names) seem to forget that and just like to hold s.6 painful memories over Spuffy fans heads. I don't discrimanate against aginst B/A . I didn't mean they were over in a bad way when i said it. I wouldn't care if they got together, but its not gonna happen because of the WB.

Theres this whole thing where everyone compares Angel to Spike. Everytime i say something good about Buffy and Spike, someone always backhands me with something negative hes done. Spike done alot of bad things. Angel has done alot of bad thing. They've both done bad things to Buffy.
Angel has been doing good alot longer than Spike. But can u see Angelus wanting his soul back? Spike wanted his soul back for selfish reasons, i'm not lableling him The Increddible Vampire who doesn't want to be Evil, or a hero. At least they're both trying to good now. And Buffy should be with whoever makes her happy.

i had to say this because i've just noticed like in 5 or 6 different threads here and on the spoiler board, me and t a couple of the same members seem to be arguing about praticlly the same topics.
