Hello to the buffy fans who have purchased this item. I am really interested in purchasing this item since it is so much more compact than the individual seasons, which I do already own.

I currently have the intention of ordering it from amazon.com, however, there are horror reviews posted on the site about how the set arrived all damaged/scratched out. Now I understand that the reviews are from awhile back, now that they have released a "second generation", I was wondering if those problems reported (flimsy holders) has been corrected?

Anyone who has recently purchased this set, I really do need your clarification, as I do not wish to spend a whole lot of money on it only to have it arrive all smashed.

Also, if you have a better source for me to get the set from (I am from Singapore btw) that would be extremely helpful. Thank You.

Kenny, all I can tell you is my set came in perfect condition. Mine came from DeepDiscount. Sometimes their prices are much better than Amazons.

Absolutely.Deep Discount's prices are the best I've seen consistently online.I rarely buy CD's or DVD's from Amazon - mainly Books from their Used Sellers & occasionally a New one,their prices,quality & service can't be beat IMO.

I pre-ordered my Chosen Collection from Amazon. When I receieved the set it was in perfectly good condition. I have to say that I have always been satisfied with Amazons products and service.
