My favourite songs from all 7 series' come from just the one episode!! Season 2 Bargaining Part 2! The Buffy / Angel love theme by Christophe Beck , I feel this really sums up the mood and is so spine chilling as she lurches forward and sticks that sword in him!
The other one is Full Of Grace By Sarah McLachlan (The winter heres cold....etc) This is played when she is leaving Sunnydale on the bus and always makes me cry! It is such a gorge song and fits in so well!!

"Chinese Burn"- Curve from "BAD GIRLS" in the B/F dance scene

Sugar Water by Cibo Matto is my absolute favourite.

And Chinese Burn as Alex said, even if it's just for the fond memories (although personally I thought Spanish Flea would have been a better choice for that dance sequence, but I digress).

You can't go past My Way either. And that song that played when Buffy and Riley first had S-E-X is just hawt.

Also, I think the episode you're referring to is Becoming, not Bargaining.

In the season 1 in the episode "the pack" , I like the song "rain on job's eyes" or something like that...

Ooooh, and I always liked Fire Escape by Fastball, even before it was in Homecoming.

I love "Full of Grace" by Sarah Mc Lachlan. The memories of that episode it brings back makes me cry. Same with the song Christophe Becke did for "The Gift" when Buffy died.

Also love the BTVS theme song.

lucky, wild horses, cloe your eyes, full of grace...all the emotional ones mainly and some other ones. i love the first soundtrack much more than teh second and basically all the songs on it rock and i love the slayer mix (pain).

most of the scores just rock, and most of the songs used rocked too

i love The Cure's Watching Me Fall during the Faith-In-Buffy's-Body/Spike scene. such a dark, sexy song - complements the scene.

slightly OT but my fave is from angel - kim richey : a place called home at the end of shells.
it makes me well up with tears still...

my favorites have to be: "prayer of st. francis" and "full of grace" by sarah mclachlan. and "out of this world" by bush. that song fits the scene so well its amazing.

"Walk through the Fire" was simply amazing. I just love the entire cast singing with such emotion and Sarah rocked that song!!!!

"Blue" from Conversations With Dead People. I'm not sure if that was the name of the song, but it's the only song out of the whole series that I can clearly remember everything that was happening while it was playing. I also loved the last line.

I have all the Buffy albums. I think all the songs on them are awesome. It sucks though how so many other great songs from Buffy were not included in any of the sdtrks. Joss and the producers of the show always had a nack for finding fresh, new, unheard of bands that have totally kicked butt. That's one of the things the made the show so refreshing and different from others, b/c other shows seem to go w/ what is mainstream and popular at the moment.

Someone mentioned the song from Shells, I forgot about that. It always amazes me how a good episode like Shells becomes a great episode imo because they add great music.

The score at the end of "Smashed"

'Full of Grace' is my favorite. Can't hear it without getting a little teary and if it's the actual episode, forget it.

I have two fav songs! Number one is "walk through the fire" in the episode Once more with feeling, and the second is "Wild horses" from The prom. It always maks me cry, and Walk through the fire is so fun to sing and Sarah sounds so beatuiful in it.

how about the song "cure" by darling violetta... or the song "i know" by tresspassers william... maybe even the song "ballad for dead friends" by the dashboard prophets. there are too many great song i just put some that nobody had mentioned.

I loved the Buffy theme song.

Love Full of Grace (breaks my heart every time, it makes me think of that sad, sad look Buffy had as she was leaving Sunnydale).
Love Fire Escape.
Adore the entire Once More With Feeling Soundtrack.
Love both themes as well.

But I think my favorite may be Hey Sailor by Detriot Cobras from Angel (Harm's Way). That song is very rocking and fun. It's great.

one of my absolute favorite musical moments is Spectator Pump - Sunday Mail which Buffy turns off when she fights Faith in Graduation Day I.
