i'm sorry if the subject has already been discussed.

this week i saw a rerun of 4.17 and i was sure i saw an image from 4.7.

at the end of 4.17 after the spell ended, between the moment the jonathan
advertsing boards return to what they were and the moment we see the gang
sitting near a tree talking about the spell etc., there is an image of the campus.

in that image, at the top of the screen, i thougth i saw buffy and riley
walking like at the end of 4.7 after buffy says to riley that he is a little bit
peculiar and they start walking away.

It is true they used that clip in superstar. It is a common thing in any show including Buffy to reuse shots like that that give scene location. They reused the far away shot at the beginning of the Freshmen several times to show that we are at the university. They did the same thing with the sunnydale high school shots in s1-3

Oh, cool. I never knew that before.

Plus in 3.1 "Anne"....there is a woman standing by the side of the road in LA...lonely....it is the same scene that they use in the credits for Angel Season 1-4...not sure about Season five haven't seen any of it yet..

Plus in S1 and S2 they use that shot of Buffy walking in the school with Owen from 1.5 a few times.
