Dude, you beat me to it! And I broke traffic laws to get here!

I've looked over the article, lots of new info on the grudge, but the most important thing is she talks about Southland Tales. It says "depending on her availability" to start off, and then Sarah describes the plot-"The film is about Hollywood and Los Angeles in the future, and what happens as this town and our society goes downhill as values just bascially disappear. The paperazzi and humanity are at an all-time low. It takes place over an election weekend, and all these different characters get entwined in the story."

The election thing makes sense since it'll take place in 2008, and it sounds interesting. I'm sure this info will make Leigh feel better. wink.gif

I'll try to scan it but it'll be crappy, just a warning.

Thanks for the scans, Meg. They are much appreciated. smile.gif

Oh yeah, and I just found out that there were two TV spots that you can watch on the official website. I like the second a lot more than the first one. Although the first one has that creepy girl's head coming out of the door. ph34r.gif

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting the impression that this is the first time that a Japanese movie has been remade for American audiences with the original Japanese director? I'm getting that vibe really strongly for some reason... wink.gif laugh.gif

Thanks a lot for the scans. biggrin.gif

I really hope Southland Tales happens because it does sound interesting. It makes sense for them to say that she's doing it depending on availability now with all of the moving around that's gone on with the shooting dates. It's a shame that the cast have had to keep the second half of this year clear (to this point), and it turns out they didn't need to. But I suppose that's the movie business.

Happily N'Ever After sounds fantastic.
